Celebrity Style: Mischa Barton

If I had to guess, I'd say Mischa Barton's favorite decade is the '70s. The actress, who was shopping for magazines, went back to her roots in a strapless floral dress, denim vest, and yellow sandals. I guess her recent fashion faux pas was a momentary lapse in fashion judgment. I'm glad the old Mischa is back . . . let's hope she stays this way!

I don't like this at all. With the exception of the faded denim vest, the individual components are fine, but to me they just don't work together. Her hair looks dry and coarse, and the glasses so don't suit the hippie vibe she's trying to go for.Ew, just no.

I like her boho chic style. The 70s style is back in a big way. I love all the high waisted pants and billowy tops. I just mentioned a 70s style dress I got at shopgoldyn.com. I've also purchased some cool high-waisted jeans from there as well. I'm not a huge fan of her though.

I love the hippie-chick look too, Syako. Girly bohemian style is my favorite! With the exception of a few of her recent looks, I usually love her style. And Fab, I love your version of her outfit too!

She is annoying. :oy: BUT, I like this hippie-chic look. I love how she made a denim vest look modern. Fab did this a while ago in the Look Book and while I like Fab's denim vest much better, I really like the combo of pieces here. I give her props. (Makes me wish it was spring time, right?) :)
