Here is a very fun, youthful outfit; but, this look does not come cheap. Though, I think it is definitely one that can be achieved on the cheap by scouring your local vintage shops! Rihanna does not dress shy - and for that, I like her. She has fun with colors and isn't afraid to show some skin.
