Cerulean Sheer Kangaroo Harem Pants: Love It or Hate It?

Have you ever been a genie for Halloween? You know I have. And when an item reminds you of a Halloween costume, can you really take it seriously? My genie costume, made by mum, had gold and white sheer harem pants. Maybe it was a bit too sexy for a 9-year-old . . . These Cerulean Sheer Kangaroo Harem Pants ($175) are definitely costume-worthy. What's your verdict?

ick! I never liked harem pants in the first place, but that print takes it to a whole new level of ugly.

This look takes fashion forward to a whole new level. I must say I have never seen any pants like these before. I don't think I would ever wear them...I can't imagine all the looks I would get. (not a flattering cut or color either..)

The print is awful, but the style is okay. I think it would look good only on Carrie Bradshaw though. Too wild for most people

Hm, while I love the plain harem pants, I don't think this one is my cup of tea. It definitely does not look as good as its expensive tag price, and the fancy fabric take away from the pant's interesting design. I'm gonna have to go with hate it.

What perturbs me even more is the price tag. I've seen pants like that for a dollar at good will. If I wanna go back to the eighties I'll start there for sure.

Francoisehard I completely agree with you I keep thinking the same thing. I've never liked this style when I look back at what people were wearing in the eighties it makes me want to vomp and I dont care how "fashionable" it is now, just because it's in fashion does not make it look good on you.

This just makes me think of everything that's wrong about what people wore in the 80s and 90s that people will regret wearing now in a decade or 2. I think I prefer a grungy look over this, even though I really prefer going back to the 60s.
