On site at the Grand Palais, our style director, Noria Morales, describes just how chic Karl Lagerfeld's most devoted fans are, with head-to-toe Chanel tweed, pearls, and the perfect pair of shoes all making the cut. To add to the chic chaos, Jennifer Lopez arrived with daughter, Emme, and boyfriend, Casper Smart — in effect, causing a downright photographer stampede.
