But before we can get to the biggest ones — Red Carpet Queen and Designer of the Year — we have to square away the battle of the mass retailers. These five giants ruled this year. Forever 21 supplied trendy cheap goodies, Zara mimicked the runways like no other, H&M delivered cool pieces plus Lanvin For H&M, Target continued its popular designer collaborations, and Charlotte Russe got a kick thanks to Gossip Girl's Eric Daman's preppy chic collaboration. I'm sure you shopped all five in 2010, but which mass retailer stole your heart, er wallet?

Eric was also there, mingling with friends, looking dapper in a slick dark suit that would make Chuck Bass jealous.
