Cheap & Chic: Beanie Babe
Everywhere I look these days, I spot a cool beanie. It makes me want to expand my collection with a bevy of colors and fabrics. You lose most of your body heat through your head, so grab a cheap beanie and be on your way — for sure if you live in a chilly city. It looks like beanie babe Emma Roberts, spotted at the 2009 Sundance Film Festival holding her new Celine bag, has already done so in her pink version. Beanies are an easy way to accessorize, and if you get a neutral color, it'll match with everything you wear.

5I've never been a fan of beanies, mostly because in the area that I live in the only people who wear them are total drop kick bogans. In southern Australia beanies and flip flops are the uniform of a bogan. Especially if worn together or teamed with flannelet.e
6I tend to cover my head up with neat hats or scarves instead.
