Too much dress for her to handle... besides she kept complaining about the weather and how it got all wet.. it is an ok dress but she could have improve the look by improving her attitude

there are just way too many ruffles on this dress. when she walked up to accept her award they were blowing in her face. sounds like a problem to me.

Freja barely carried this off on the runway, and Chloe's smug face does the dress no favors. And her reaction to the man who actually stepped on her dress was SO bitchy.

Definitely way too much. I hate it.
The way the ruffles hang down make her body look so saggy. No young woman wants that.
saw on tv, same conclusion as in pictures---- looks like its missing a belt, or something to keep her from floating away
