Chloë Sevigny recently attended a party celebrating the release of A Magazine's issue #9, which Proenza Schouler's designers curated. The cover girl supported her designer pals by wearing the leather black jumpsuit from their Spring '09 collection. But she opted to leave the white sleeveless button-down shirt at home. It's a daring choice, but not shocking coming from Chloë. Of her outfit, the actress said: "I feel a little bit like a super-slut superhero." I couldn't have described it better myself. Do you love it or hate it?
The fit is so unflattering.
I love it. I wouldn't be able to pull it off (nor would most people) but I think it's great.
i don't really like it
Don't like it! Looks like Missy Elliot in her Supa Dupa Fly video, except Missy pulled it off better. This is just not flattering for anybody.
Garbage bag with belt and zipper.
I like Chloe as an actress but absolutely think she looks terrible all the time. I cannot stand her fashion. Always ill fitting and not flattering. In my opinion of course, I know there are plenty of people that love it, just not me.
The fit is awful - don't see this looking good on anyone. Accident just waiting to be worn...
Usually, I dig Chloe's style....not so much this time.....
It's Chloe Sevigny... what do you expect? A beautiful and appropriate evening gown?
I love it. Go Chloe
I can't believe I'm going to say this, because I've often posted about how much I dislike her and her looks.... but she looks good here. She looks pretty!
And I actually like the jumpsuit's style, despite the odd fit around the crotch area. That part is really unfortunate, 'cause if it fit just right, that thing would be supa-dupa sexy... like a modern take on "Girl on a Motorcycle".
It looks like she's trying to cover up a diaper.
Jumpsuits should simply go away forever!
The top of this is super cute, but the pants really have to go...but, no - they can't. So much for the one-piece.
this looks like it would feel and look really uncomfortable in person. i'm imagining sitting next to somebody wearing that at a party with darker lighting and i think it would look like a mashed up garbage bag.
I think on anyone else it would probably look really bad, but Chloe can pull off anything. She has that F off attitude and I love that about her.
i love that Chloe has the balls to wear this....but the fit is horrible and she has the mom-jean pooch going on. the top half is pretty though...
I agree with RainyDays. Usually, Chloe looks like a dirty, washed-up hag that just rolled out of a crack den, but she doesn't look all that bad here.
I can dig jumpsuits in soft, feminine fabrics that drape over curves. This just doesn't fit well and has grammy pants effect which is flattering on no one. I like leather for many things, but other than maybe jackets most leather clothing just looks trashy biker chick.
Forget the gross fit and diaper look. Why do all these fashionistas have undone hair, grease faces, and dirty make up looks these days? She looks like she just came from moonshining at a meth lab.
I think leather is good in small doses.
So Donatella Versace!
It shouldn't work, but it does.
Agreed levyn87. I don't understand the attraction to any part of her- acting, looks or style.
she's too wacky for my taste....
ummmm NO!
Definatly no! i think the only people it would look good on would b skinny people; and even then they need sum sort of jacket over it! that the only way i can see this happening.
