I love the dress; it's so fun and appropriately funky but the shoes just ruin it - they make her feet look like hooves and they don't go at all...

I feel like this girl is always 5 secs away from flashing us her crotch and this dress is no exception. Maybe if I didn't associate her with it, I would have a different opinion.
the shoes are the problem. Pair of simple pumps would have done the trick B- Almost an A for Ciara. Hair and makeup very ATL.
