Her ivory Bill Blass ruffle halter and black Giuseppe Zanotti satin pumps was the perfect mix of fun and elegance. Blair's statement top needed a simple background; pairing it with a sophisticated short skirt and diamond earrings was perfection. Need I say more?

I loooove her so much and that blouse was crazy amazing, but I actually thought the backless blouse with the mini skirt was a little too immodest to be considered "classy" or "elegant." of course, maybe that's just my taste, but I would wear that blouse with something that covers up a bit more...
