One scroll through her Instagram feed and you'll find that top model Coco Rocha has a lot going on right now: launching her very first clothing line; promoting her new book, Study of Pose; sitting front row at Fashion Week; and even squeezing in a workout whenever she finds time. Did we mention that she's also about to become a mother? Clearly this star — who is expecting a girl — hasn't let a growing baby bump slow her down.

But while she may be tightly booked and busy at the moment, Coco was happy to sit down and chat with us about everything from her Cinderella-inspired collection, Modern Princess, to the #stylethebump hashtag we've been seeing in some of her photos. Keep scrolling to read all about what this super-mom-to-be has been up to. Source: Billy Farrell Agency

"To be able to tell stories through all of these looks was very important to me and I thought we did a really good job with, say, the leather jackets. People go, 'That is not Cinderella. That is not royal in any way!' but it's a modern princess and royalty — think of Beyoncé, Michael Jackson, Prince. Those are our royals these days, wearing leather. People also keep asking, 'Do you love butterflies?' but that isn't why I chose it. It's because in the story of Cinderella, it is brought up — at least you get the gist of it — rags to riches, a butterfly changing and transforming."

On Her Cinderella Moment

"Personally, I was an Irish dancer when I started performing and modeling. I was a very nerdy girl, the boys made fun of me, the girls laughed at me, and then I got this opportunity from my fairy godmother — who was this man who said 'Have you ever thought of modeling?' I kind of laughed at him thinking that I could never be a model, but 11 years later, that has been my career. I look back at that moment and think 'Wow! That is such a Cinderella moment!' I've always referred to that as my fairy godmother moment in my career. Everyone, I think, has one, whether it is that businesswoman that works behind the computer and that's what she loves, it was that one chance and we all have it."

What the Modern Princess Is to Her

"I think the modern princess is not wearing a gown for the night. We are working ladies, so you have to wear something that you can wear during the day, at work, and into the evening. All of these pieces, besides the gown, you can wear all day. That's the point as a modern woman, as a modern princess — we want to look beautiful all day long and we don't need to transition."

How Pregnancy Has Changed Her Style

"I don't think it really has! There are definitely moments where I am like 'Well that doesn't fit anymore!' but I think it's so funny that people, for a long time, said when you're pregnant you have to stop wearing heels, you have to start wearing maternity wear. They had this warped vision that it had to be very shlompy. Funny enough, a lot of my friends, prior to me being pregnant, would hashtag #stylethebump and it was just so cute! They knew what they were doing and I thought that one day, if I were ever pregnant, I want to be able to still look like me but with a bump. And I still wear my heels. People seem to have heart attacks about it but I say, 'You're not dying!' I think that you can still look glamorous and style that bump!"

"Our style changes in the sense we start to like things more and that is what style is. Style should never change because all of the sudden you are a mother and you must now look motherly, so I should cut my hair a certain way or buy a van. There are women out there that can be glamorous and beautiful all the time and they have five, six, seven kids. It's just how they do it!"

"That is the great thing about my job: it's not 9 to 5. It's pick and choose the jobs you want to do and the traveling you want to do. So if a friend says they want to do a shoot and it's a few months after, if I want to do it, I'll do it! I don't have a set time and date when I need to go back to work, and that's great. It's fun to know that I can enjoy just chilling and maybe go back for a fun job. It's up to me what I want to do."

"Just have fun with it. I can't stand when I see someone always putting up the same photos of the same face. It's like, 'Come on!'"

On Whether or Not There Are Overused Instagram Poses

"No! The duck face is now just a joke and it's funny and I do it just for a laugh. But no, I think people need to realize that Instagram is fun and it is meant to be a place for you to enjoy yourself. Don't worry! Don't take it too seriously."

"What I saw was a lot of circling back to '70s, '60s, and very bohemian and very dark. There weren't a lot of bright colors. I feel like I have a lot of that already in my wardrobe, and I don't necessarily need to go out there and buy some new pieces. Fringe was fun to see in leathers, and we didn't see too many crop tops anymore, which I am happy about because it was getting to a point where how many more times can you show your midriff in the Winter? But I feel like there's definitely stuff in my wardrobe I can still use."

"Usually, my blazer will be the thing that will set the look. If I am in that moment where I don't know what to wear, I will put on black jeans, a black top, and whatever blazer that is colorful, bright, exciting. And the same goes for a leather jacket."
