I just heard about a new bar in SF that is right up my '70s-loving alley: Kozy Kar Bar. Apparently, there's waterbeds, hard drinks, shag carpet, and Playboy pinups all around. Sounds like a cheesy good time, no? I'm rounding up some friends to check it out this week, and we're thinking of taking the theme very seriously and dressing the part.

Fab, can you do a post on warm winter jackets that are also fashionable? I just moved to Michigan and am having trouble finding something that is warm enough but also cute and relatively inexpensive (Aka, I'm not looking for something North Face...)

5I'm loving that vintage is back in - my mom has passed on to me some really distinctive pieces that I just love mixing and matching. I also love to explore thrift and vintage shops, as well as compare online offerings. Vintage-inspired pieces are so common now, too. One place I'm finding a great selection of the classic and the classically-inspired is Goldyn. Fabulous w/ personalized help! And, without much time (and money!) to spare, I can easily navigate to pieces that are reasonably priced and that I just swoon over!
