Comme des Garcons Slingback Clogs: Love It or Hate It?

Things got controversial when I talked about a pair of clogs recently, so I wanted to see what you all thought about these Comme des Garcons Slingback Clogs ($490). They're a little too chunky and sparse for my taste — what about you?

ok i am the first of 33 to like these shoes! I love the harly domantrix look to them. I love a chunky shoe. I would prefer a closed shoe but i am still liking them, closed toe would be LOVE. But i must confess i wouldn't pay more then 30 bucks for them. I love but with conditions :).

Alison, no self respecting dominatrix would ever wear those. lolI can' think of anyone who would. They're just so wrong...and not just because they're clogs. I have seen some clogs that are kinda cute (on the right person). These are just bad. No one would look good in these. NO ONE.

it's too many styles in one. it's aiming at too much. peep toe + clog + chunky heel + black leather /rivets (punkish feel??) + slingbacks? it's too much. really too much.

I love my feet (and my dignity) way too much to put these things anywhere near my body. Why you would pay $4 let alone $490 for these ugly things is beyond me!!!
