Katie Holmes graced the Critics' Choice Awards stage with her Lanvin-clad presence. The one-shouldered gown is decadent, for sure, but does it make her look more Grecian goddess or young Anna Wintour in toga?

She is high style and its so cool to see this woman bring back elegance and old Hollywood glory. She's like an American heiress and really fascinating to follow regarding her life & career. i agree with most everybody. potato sack + toga = bad. a dress must photograph well, and while the shiny fabric looks nice, the fit and style is far off. it doesn't photograph at all well and in my opinon is bad design.
