The Daily Front Row and The Fashion Mini — my favorite reads at New York Fashion Week — are singing Michelle Obama's fashion praises. They've released a special 116-page collector's issue dubbed Michelle Obama: 100 Days of Style ($7.49, includes shipping and handling), now also available at major bookstores and newsstands. It celebrates the first lady's first three months in the White House, from the inaugural ball to her trip through Europe. The issue also goes behind the scenes with her favorite designers. I love it — President Obama got praise for his first 100 days in office, and Michelle is being applauded not only for her philanthropy but also for her stellar style. Such a power couple!

I really don't get all the fuss over her style. Seriously. It's not all that special-looking to me.

Seriously, she graduated from Princeton and Harvard. She is an amazing mother and she looks fabulous. I love the way she mixes high and low. I love her use of color. She is not afraid to have fun with fashion. Her very life is an inspiration. She makes fashion fun and fearless! We do have the right to "bare" arms! And I wish my brows and biceps resembled hers. Not to mention her eyes! I am so proud of our educated and eloquent First Lady. And the world seems to hold her in high regard as well. She is well received wherever she travels.

Seriously, does Sugar network have to do a post a day fetishizing Michelle Obama? Can we leave politics out of it and acknowledge she's nothing close to the new Jackie O, as much of a fun story line as that would make? If you have to do a first lady, Carla Bruni's style is exponentially better.

Beautiful and inspirational. She is a wonderful role model. Mrs. Obama demonstrates that women can be intelligent, beautiful, compassionate and fashionable. She is a model of decorum. She has a fabulous work ethic. She is well-educated and articulate. I will definitely be adding this issue to my collection.
