Designer Spotlight: Erdem

Womenswear designer Erdem Moralioglu is only 31 but he already has a prestigious 2005 Fashion Fringe Award under his buckle belt. As a result, he turned his passion into a career and nabbed two major accounts: Harrods and Ashley's boutique on Conduit Street in London.

Born in Montreal, Erdem first studied liberal arts, but became smitten with the fashion world after working at Vivienne Westwood. He then went on to get an MA in fashion at the Royal College of Art. His unique prints and worldwide traveling experiences set him apart and have caught the attention of celebs like Claudia Schiffer, Tilda Swinton, and Nicole Richie.
