It's great that these fashion fixtures want to help children, but does being a designer really qualify one to lead "counseling workshops" for kids who have clearly been through severe trauma? They could use the funds to provide sessions with trained therapists and counselors who provide art therapy and are more equipped to handle the weighty psychological issues "abused children" are facing.
