i completely forgot about halloween and didnt remember it was on a saturday, ie: i need a costume!! last year i did a couple thing with my boyfriend..didn't think he would want to do that but
he did so we probably will do that again
BabyNorbet- I was Dorothy for Halloween when I was really little. My mom and I couldn't find ruby slippers anywhere so she bought red shoes and then red sparkly nail polish and painted the
shoes with the nail polish! Of course, the shoes were small since I was little but I bet you could find some sparkly red paint.
Ah, Halloween. a chance for girls to dress like sluts (seriously, clothes that would make a prostitute blush!) and parade around the bars ! Just put "slutty" in front of it and it works.

being bombarded with tons of cheaply-made, perverted costumes - last year there was a costume of a girl's head down there as if she's giving the guy...you know. that's why I make my costumes
every year - not only does it cost less and end up looking less cheap; I don't have to worry about looking like a hooker version of Alice in Wonderland (or whatever)...

We are going to be a 1940's couple. He's going to be a WWII soldier (complete with green cargos, white wife beater, a dog tag and gold aviators) and I'm either going to be a 1940's pin-up,
nurse or just a generally fabulous 40's woman. My inspirations are Dita Von Teese, Kate Beckinsale in Pearl Harbor, and Diane Kruger in Inglourious Basterds, respectively.
My office picks a theme every year and we all dress and decorate for it. This year it's the Wizard of OZ. All of the characters are taken. So I'm gonna surprise everybody and show up as the

i'm thinking about being a flapper, but b/c i have a ruffled dress or fringed skirt and multi-strand pearls that could work. i need to find some nude fishnets though and some sort of a
headband. not very original, but i'm broke this year and this is easy and not slutty!

in Atlanta and kinda hope I run into her.
My friend is also doing a "mad hatter tea party" for this year (I think the tim burton movie is having an effect!) So I'm going as the Queen of Hearts with a great strapless red dress, I'm
going to make a belt out of cards and put my hair up (I have dark brown/red hair) and with a small doll crown and then I think I might even try to find/make stockings out of material with
cards of it. It's going to be a high fashion queen of hearts!
