Do You Buy Non-Returnable Things Online?
Dec 17 2007 • By
depends. if it's something i want so bad, and cheap, i'll get it. like ebay you know.
Heck, yeah, mostly just with Jcrew items. I know my size and I almost never return items to them anyway.
No b/c of course no two people have the same bodies or measurements...
i make sure it is something that i love, or that would make a great gift if it ends up being too small or too big.
Only if I absolutely KNOW that I love it and must have it. If it's clothing, I probably wouldn't buy it if I couldn't return it. What if it didn't fit??
I have with accessories.
I should qualify my "never" vote to if I know the size and am pretty sure of the fit then Yes, but I've learned that I send back more than I keep.
if it's a brand that i know the sizing for, i would. generally though, i tend to buy non-clothing items only online or else i make sure i can return it (usually at the store so i don't have to pay for shipping!)
only if i have bought from the brand before (like isaac mizrahi at target for example) or it does not come in sizes (bags, earrings). at worst it is a gift for my BFF who has my taste in most things. and on ebay i buy it after great research on the brand's website for size/fit guide and most things are deals- dvds, cds, handbags, hello kitty items which have no need for worry.
I have, and have ended up with something that did not work for me! Like others stated above, I will order jewlery or items I know I will use or gift, but not stuff I need to try on!
I'm definitely all for online bargains, but only when I'm absolutely sure of sizing/the product. my best non-returnable deal were pairs of Joe's Jeans and Papers that I scored for $25 each from a boutique's website.
I only buy non-returnable things on ebay, in which case they're always bargains, so I don't feel too bad if they're not great. I do try to stick to things I've seen in the shops previously, and if it came to actually ordering something, I would probably go for it if I was certain it fit/suited me.
Clothes, no. But I have bought bath & body products that aren't.
I really try not to buy things online that I cna't try on...
Not unless it's something I know I'll use or will fit.
Only things that I know will fit, like jewelery.
I said hell no, but maybe if it was something I already saw in real life and knew how it looked, and if it was hard to find elsewhere, and if I trusted the website, maybe, just maybe. :?
totally depends what :) I'd buy beauty supplies or clothes/shoes I already tried on - but something I've never seen -- doubtful!
