Yeah, sometimes I wear snaekers with a dress but it depends on the dress and the sneakers of course.

Yes but depends on the dress but in this case it's Natalie Portman and Chuck Taylors so of course!!!

I did all the time, in the 90s, when that was a common trend, though it was more often Doc Martens and not trainers/tennies....long, flowing light dresses with cute flat boots or sneakers. You see it here in Finland a lot but not so much dresses as peasanty, knee length skirts with 3/4 tights...sometimes with flats, sometimes with tennisshoes. Just not something I would do now though, would feel silly.

Sure, sometimes, if it strikes me as the right thing, for whatever reason. "Fashion rules"? Those are for people who need to be told how to dress. ;)

I love sneakers and love dresses. I think a cute t-shirt dress and some plain girly sneakers are SO cute together.

I opt for cute flats over sneakers if I need to for those long distance walking days. I think heels really make me look better in a dress or skirt though... they do nice things to the legs and booty!
