For sure...there is an amazing outlet mall 15 minutes from my house. It has every store you could imagine! For the most part, however, I don't think the deals are THAT great...most stores, you can get between 10% and 20% off, but nothing has ever blown me away. It's still fun to go though and check out the designer stuff. The Juicy outlet store is for sure my favorite! And Coach.

Definitely! Woodbury Commons is one of my favorite places in the world. I can't wait to go back to stock up on bedding and such for my new place.

I love the outlets!!! I live 5 minutes away from it and work there too. You find the best deals especially during the holidays.

Oh I love outlet stores! There's one about 45 minutes away from me, but I haven't been in a couple years. There's only one thing that I really disliked about it - the number of items in stores that seemed to be made specifically for the outlet... like a cheaper version. But I can pick around those things and otherwise there are pretty good prices and sooo much selection!

i get a bit overwhelmed by those place. i really have to be in the right mindset. plus i have rarely found a deal that has been any better than a regular dept store sale. not worth the hassle.

I like shopping at outlets although sometimes I barely see any sort of price break so it makes me wonder what's really the point.

Sometimes on occasion though you come across a great deal.

I live in southern Miss and getting designer anything here is a challenge. I hear there is one down on the coast as soon as I get a chance I'll be checking that out. For now the best place for me to shop is online.

I love outlet malls too! When I have a lot of time for shopping I will definatly go look through some for awhile, it's suprising what you can find!!! And, most of the stuff is like HALF THE PRICE, which always makes my day

I can't stand the hassle, the crowds, and the fact that the "deals" are about 10% off of last season's styles.

We just got one very near my house which is great because I will eventually be able to sell my house for double what I paid for it - woot!

Woodbury Commons is definitely the best outlet mall. They have every luxury brand and the deals are great

Outlets are amazing for poor college students like myself, who cannot afford full priced things but are still brand-wh*res!

I avoid the ones in Orlando Florida, I Only go to the St Augustine Outlets, better selection less crowds. I will tear the Gap one up.

Once a year my mom my sister and I save up money for months specifically for our "outlet run." The run typically takes place after the annual closet purge.

It depends on the store. Places like Off 5th (the Saks outlet) can be great -- I once got Gucci sunglasses for $60. However, I don't see much point in shopping at the Gap outlet. The things there are usually dull, stodgy basics made especially for outlet stores, as some of you have mentioned. Plus everything at the Gap goes on sale eventually anyway. Banana Republic outlets are worth checking out for good deals on shoes, though.

I haven't been in awhile, but I like to hit the outlets too. I live not too far from quite a few and every once and awhile, I'll head to Woodberry (which is the best one I've ever been too). Sometimes the deals aren't that great, but you can find things there that you might not be able to locally.

I only go when I'm in the area because most outlets are about an hour away from me. They do have great deals sometimes though. I like going to the one at Palm Springs because they have better stores (Theory, BCBG, Adriano Goldschmeid, etc.) with better selection. I scored a Burberry scarf there recently for $50...

Of course! When it comes to shopping, I'm no snob. The outlet pictured is actually the biggest one near me and it's great. I found once of my favorite all-time pieces at the Banana Republic outlet there and I am forever grateful.

Outlet malls are great, but you have to hit them at just the right time. The prices aren't ALWAYS a bargain...

I go occasionally. We have a giant one where I live. But honestly there aren't many good deals. I think it's more for tourists. But, since our mall is so tiny..it would probably be a good idea if I went more often. It's just soooo long and you have to drive to every shop you want to visit. I wish the layout was thought out better. (I shouldn't complain..at least we have another place to shop besides the mall and expensive boutiques.)

I love outlet malls! There is one awesome one near my hometown and several in the Chicago suburbs, but I recently moved to Oklahoma (I know, right?) for work and there isn't a single one in the entire state! Very sad.

I never really find great deals in outlet malls, I don't know if it's just that I get frustrated with the clutter or if I just don't know how to shop

i'll go if it's on the way to or from somewhere, but i won't make an outlet mall shopping trip.

After working at the outlet mall for a chirstmas season, i was a little turned off, but I can't resist. My coach needs are always met at such a great deal.

i love outlet shopping! you do have to search for the deals, but it's definitely worth it. i got a coach purse as a gift for someone for less than 1/2 of its retail price.

I go all the time! I have a Tanger Outlet mall down the road from me. It doesn't have the major designer labels, but it has a Gap and Old Navy outlet and that's all I need.

Yeah Tanger is very close to me... I go there all the time for J. Crew and such... but I occasionally go to Woodbury Commons... they have EVERYTHING there!!!

OMG yes! I found the best deal a few weeks ago-I bought the cutest leather jackect for only $40!!! It's real sheep leather too, originally $400. I was floored at the price, but i wasnt complaining.

well, i've never lived very close near one. so the gas money you spend to get there, you might as well purchase the goods at full price . . .

I guess i's too practical.

besides what is at the outlets are second-run clothing.

I recently visited the woodbury commons outlet before visiting the city. I made out like a bandit at the Betsey Johnson store! So awesome, I will return.

I shop at that very outlet mall you have pictured! It's up north of Seattle. Some of the stores are not entirely outlet, but the majority are. It's great when you find something amazing at a great price, but you really have to dig sometimes, and it's a circus when they have specials, on the weekends, and during the holidays!

Outlet shopping makes me anxious. I'd honestly rather pay full-price than get shoved while digging through too-full racks for the last season's leftovers. Is that horrible?

Hey this one is just down the freeway- it's not really in Seattle though, it's more like Tukwila. It's awesome, Coach, Jcrew, BCBG and Burberry are my favorite.
