Once in a while we witness a rare fashion occurrence. What we have here are two dynamic sister design duos. All blond, all beautiful, in similar complementary looks. Sienna and Savannah Miller presented their Twenty8Twelve Fall collection last week in a LND and LBD, sheer tights, and funky footwear. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen showed off their sharp styles last night at a JC Penney party; they belted their structured black and navy ensembles, and, as per usual, brought forth severe shoes. It's uncanny, and you must decide: Which sister duo is more dressed to impress?

6They really don't seem to be in competition since their styles are so different. However, the Olsen girls often look much older than their age, like teen versions of Ms. Havisham.
