Dresses Over Pants: Fall 2012 Styling Trend

There is one strong styling trend emerging from the runways at New York Fashion Week: lots and lots of layers. Designers like Helmut Lang, Rag and Bone, and Rebecca Taylor showed vests over jackets over sweaters over pants (or some combination, you get the picture), and one of the interesting styling combinations includes dresses over pants.
