The 2010 Emmy Awards are finally here. Without further ado, let's get the red carpet festivities started with Emily Deschanel, who showed up in bold color and texture. She opted for a one-shouldered plum gown, covered in all-over intricate pleated ruffles, and cinched at the waist. Gold hoops and a simple gold bracelet round out the look with a black hand-held clutch. Love the look?

Emily Deschanel is a beautiful woman, but that is the ugliest dress I've seen all day. And I've seen a lot of Emmy dresses today.

Another undecided for me. I do think the colour is beautiful and I like the bottom half of the dress but that's all. The bangs are way too strong.

Okay, I like Emily, but she looks AWFUL. That dress does not flatter her form at all; the random ruffles or whatever are just bizarre; the color is not for her; and I hate the bangs. Sorry, Em, but...no.
