Emma Watson took home the trophy for best dramatic actress at tonight's People's Choice Awards, which is all well and good, but she would have been a winner in our book either way. The Perks of Being a Wallflower star hit the red carpet in a graphic mixed-print Peter Pilotto dress that happened to be seriously shortened from the Spring '13 runway version — but if anyone could pull off a multicolored peplum mini, then it's Ms. Watson. She rounded out the sexy look with a pair of sky-high black-buckled sandals and a half-swept hairstyle. What do you think of Emma's colorful, classy look?
