Emmys: Maria Bello

There's something refreshing about the way Maria Bello is wearing her hair. In lieu of the beachy waves we see just about everywhere these days, Maria instead chose to make her version a bit more polished. And speaking of polished, look at that gown sparkle. With circular-patterned sequined designs featured throughout, Maria's one-shoulder frock is reminiscent of snowflakes falling from the sky. Do you love it?
