Enza Costa Oversized Cardigan: Love It or Hate It?

I'm always on the lookout for fashion-forward pieces, things that keep fashion on its toes. Like these Enza Costa Oversized Cardigans ($198 each) are totally innovative — a cardigan and maxi dress in one! Really cool concept, but I'm not so sure I like the execution. It's a bit overwhelming and does nothing for the figure. Bummer because it's a great idea. Do you love it or hate it?

I'm not sure. I'm all for comfortable and slightly over sized, but is this actually comfortable? It looks just too long.. I would end up tripping on it :D It also looks a little too much like a dressing gown.. I can totally see Mary Kate Olsen wearing this, tho :D

It would be great for throwing on in the morning just to sit outside and have a cup of tea... wear it in public though? No way. I just don't think this is stylish at all!

I think its too long...It comes across like my grandma's "house dress".... definitely not stylish...

Is this supposed to be a bohemian update on the sweater "dusters" that were so popular in the late nineties? I agree that the length's a bit much. The black one just looks Gothic. I might consider wearing one a bit shorter w/out buttons...what's the point of having cute clothes if you're going to wear an ankle length cardigan over them??
