While most brands continue to use celebrities as models, Calvin Klein Jeans has replaced Kate Bosworth with real models for its Fall campaign. And these aren't just any unknown models. Abbey Lee, Agnete Hegelund, and Toni Garrn are the latest crop of It models posing for the black and white photos. These are supposed to remind you of the old-school Calvin Klein Jeans ads with Kate Moss and Jenny Shimizu — only these models are fully clothed. I dig the random posing. What do you think about these?
Classic look of CK ads.
1I love CK jeans!
2They're okay.
3I like the classic but sort of 60s cool look of the ads, and I am tired of celebrities so I am glad to see models...even if I am not sure about the "hair-hidden-under-hat-as-if-undergoing-radiation-therapy" look.
That being said, their bodies are still a bit Twiggy for me, but I adore black turtlenecks, I would wear them nearly every day if I could.
4I'm also glad to see models instead of ubiquitous celebs, but honestly, Calvin Klein ads haven't really excited me since about 1995. They always look the same.
5I don't really care whether they use actors or models. But I think everybody here looks fab.
6I saw these in my new Nylon yesterday and I love the ads. So chic and modern!! Makes me want to buy the clothes!!
7The models are too thin. I love CK jeans. They fit my curvatious body the best. I'd like to see a woman wearing a size 7/8 in the ad.
8I don't know, they're kind of boring...
