Wow, yeah, totally Jennifer Connolly. For a second a thought it was an old picture of her from the Labyrinth days.

This girl is really really thin though - I mean, her upper arms are just bone! I know it's the fashion world's aesthetic, but it worries me because I don't think that can be healthy or someone who (at 16) should still be growing/developing.

These things strike me because at 15/16, I was anorexic, and it actually did inhibit my development and exacerbated a heart condition that I will now have to deal with the rest of my life - maybe even shorten my life. It always gets me upset to see teenage girls doing the same thing because - you don't even know how incredible the consequences can be.

Hopefully this model's parents make sure she gets enough nutrition - who am I to know. But, I'm just saying, in general...

i don't like her look. she's kinda cute but idk. i do think she's great modeling potential though. she's more striking than pretty imo

funny thing is, this is my best friend.
its amazing seeing her go from every day girl,
to a super model ..
and i thought i'd add that even though she is very
skinny, she does not have an eating disorder.
she eats like there is no tomorrow, just has a high metabolism.
if you saw her mom, you would understand.

i understand the concern for being so skinny, but for amanda this is normal. i grew up with her in orillia and as a little kid and when we were older she could eat a whole pizza to herself and still be hungry. her parents would say something if it was intentional.

hahahahahhaahahhahahah girlfriday, sorry but this girl is NOTHHING close to anorexic. tayray and i both are her best friends and i believe it was last birthday party that after a sleepover we had a big breakfast, amanda rolled her pancakes and ate them in a matter of 30 seconds. she eats like a horse ! and we make fun of her for it all the time. she has been a twig since we were in kindergarten, and she is a spitting image of her mother who looks and has the same body as amanda. our beautiful girl is growing up and we are nothing but proud of her, keep it up twiggy, we got your back

Amanda is adorable. I worked with her on one of her first photo shoots and I can attest to the fact that she and her mom (who accompanied her) are both SUPER tall and SUPER thin...by nature. They were both seemingly solid, good people and I hope I'm lucky enough to work with this young, pretty little lady again! Best of luck to Amanda---I hope she takes this industry by storm!

amanda is amazing! she has taken the fashion world by storm! small town orillia girl turned international super moddel! and all in the blink of an eye! I know amanda and she is such a good person! shes taking those chicken legs I always make fun of her for and making the absolute most of them! good for her. and I know she is rediculously skinny but people you have to believe me... she does NOT have any eating order whatsoever. eats alot, alot alot! anyways love you amanda dont forget about me when youre older, rich, famous and rocking the fashion world!
