i agree with missbecca, i'm one of those real girls with hips and whenever i attempt to wear cocoon-bottomed dresses/ skirts, i end up looking like a very unattractive pear.

It's rather plain. Vibrant color for sure, nice piece to add to the spring wardrobe.

the color is fab! but the cocoon bottom would make it very unflattering on any real girl with hips. you'd have to be MK and ashley skinny to pull this one off!
