The transitioning weather has me in a bit of a funk. See, one minute it's hot, and the next minute, it's nippy. This Wet Seal Faux Leather Studded Vest ($15, originally $23) would have came in handy the other day when sporadic gusts blew up my Summer dress. It's not that expensive to start with, but there's nothing wrong with saving a little dough. Who can resist those rad little studs?
