Last Thursday, Naomi Campbell was removed from a British Airways flight for allegedly spitting on a police officer after a row with the airline staff. She is thought to have flown into a rage after one of her bags failed to make it onto the LA-bound airplane, and as a result, police boarded the plane and led her away in handcuffs; she posted bail hours later.
Now, reports are surfacing that Naomi is no longer welcome on British Airways flights. Ever, again. According to her spokesman: "Naomi has been flying with BA for nearly 30 years and has been a good customer. She hopes this can be resolved amicably." Unfortunately, this is not the first time Naomi has caused an airport disruption. Dun dun dun.
She's annoying. I can't stand her. yes she's famous and she's a supermodel but that doesn't give her an excuse to treat people the way she does.
1Poor Naomi, what makes her so angry? She needs anger management really badly.
2Just goes to show you that a beautiful outside isn't as important as having a beautiful personality.
3I agree, mommie. This woman is always in some sort of trouble and needs serious help before she gets any worse.
4She needs serious help.
5That is digusting. I can't believe she actually spit on someone in public. The only spitting a lady should ever do is to spit out toothpaste in the sink.
6to play devil's advocate: BA looses luggage all the time and it notorious for not being help about the problem. I have heard reports from (personal sources not tabloids) that she was baited alot of the time at the airport and the police were being *ssholes. (no cause to spit on someone but Naomi, is known to have a temper, duh.)
But she definitely needs some sort of anger management, but i think people are quick to post a story about her flying into a "rage"...
7*are notorious
8I don't even know if anger management would help Naomi at this point, although trying wouldn't be a bad idea either. That woman doesn't have a short fuse, it seems like she has NO fuse at all!! At least she didn't throw a cell this time, that's progress... right (???) LOL
9Just because she's a millionaire, supermodel, and pretty; doesn't justify her treating people the way she does. Why do we even give her money? She is a spoiled, undeserving, self-centered little brat. If I ever see her in my lifetime treating someone like that, you will see me in the news for kicking her scrawny ass of her high horse.
10My family and I just flew to Italy and my daughters bag was lost for a few DAYS...it happens, that's just a part of checking bags.
As far as the British Airways is concerned - all over BBC world news were reports about London's new T5 terminal and it's HUGE baggage issues, tons of bags have been left behind and/or misplaced....I guess normal folks like us are just not that shocked by getting a bag late or lost for that matter (Naomi DID get her bag back by the way and even on the same day I believe) but someone of her celebrity I guess believes that they shouldn't have to suffer any of the inconveniences of us 'Normal folk'.
I feel sad for her honestly that in her charmed life she can't find it in herself to treat human mistakes a little more gracefully.
11This girl is crazy! She attacked a fellow passenger for trying to take her picture. I would have tried to get a picture too because despite being crazy, she is Naomi Campbell, but I guess if I ever see her I won't try to for my own well-being.
12when will she ever learn to calm down? this is poor role model behavior.
13awesome! no seriously, i dont think she has anger issues i think she is a freakin brat who treated her "community service" like a joke and now she is going back in front of a judge. they need to sentence her to 10 years of doing things on her own. no assitants, no publicists, no nobody. just naomi acting like a grown up
14She acts like a spoiled little girl. To me, she has lost all glamour and now I find her lame and disgusting. British Airways did the right thing - let's see when will be her next "rage" attack.
15she's freakin ridiculous!
16Hilarity
(the banning, not the spitting or lost luggage)
