Fab Read: Grace Kelly, A Life in Pictures
If there were ever a classy dame who also managed to be one icey blonde Grace Kelly comes to mind. This Oscar winner turned princess is documented in a new book called Grace Kelly: A Life in Pictures, $30. Grace was not only a fine actress, great beauty, and icon of American style, but she was also a passionate philanthropist. The 25th anniversary of her death is this year and here is a photographic tribute of 160 images capturing the early years, film career, royal marriage, and private life of this Hitchcock leading lady. With a foreword written by Tommy Hilfiger, this sounds like a lovely Fab Read.

The way her lips are parted in the cover photo makes me think of Naomi Watts quite a bit.
7Must have it. But the TH intro is kind of random...so many other designers would have made more sense.
8I just want to add I think Tommy Hilfiger is a fine choice because he is a leader in American sportswear & Grace was a leader in American style. He may not be as stylin' as Michael Kors, who would have also been a great choice, but he has built an American lifestyle empire nonetheless. xo
9It makes sense that Tommy wrote the forward....hes an american fashion icon and so is Grace. Its not like his stuff is hip hop anymore. Its all very classic prepster stuff.
10And anyway, she wasn't so perfect...in fact, she was a notorious film set ho.
As other Philadelphia natives can probably agree, I along with others in my area IDOLIZE her. She's one of those amazing icons who was actually an amazing person as well.
