customer service is HORRIBLE, they take forever to ship, when one item has been over-sold they won't even let you know, and when you call to inquire about it, they act like you're bothering them. I ordered 4 items, after 1 month only received 1 item with an inactive tracking number that never worked. was told 1 item was over sold so i wouldn't be receiving it and that i should wait some more for the other 2. it's been 2 months since I ordered so I called again, only for them to tell me that i'll be getting a refund on those other 2. Thanks for telling me earlier!! WOW... worst site ever.
