I have to admit: February is a tough month for me. Winter has been around a while, I'm still broke from the holidays and my jeans are starting to tighten. Woe is me! At least I have New York Fashion Week and awards shows to help the month fly by. Most of this month's most wanted are transitional or fun little things.
