Fashion Week Outfits on a Budget

Fashion Week requires stepping up our style game, but it can be done even on budget — as I'm about to attest to. For less than $200, I hit the shops (virtually speaking), and came up with a look that's as practical as it is on-point for a week of fashionably minded activities between Lincoln Center and Milk Studios. This season, I'm looking to printed loafers, statement jewels, and a little leather to amp up my staple white tee — the best part is that these pieces all come in well under my cash allowance.
