But this Fab reader Nettevartanian showed off a daytime outfit that strikes the perfect balance between polished professional and effortlessly chic. She paired her high-waisted flare jeans with a turquoise-hued blouse and a cuffed navy blazer. To spice up the blue-on-blue look, she added a leopard-print skinny belt, a long necklace, a stack of colorful bracelets, and a metallic gold clutch to the mix. The final result is fresh, but not too casual that it couldn't pass for work appropriate.
