Poppy Delevingne Inspired This New Twist on Wedding Gowns

Every week, we bring you the best shoppable fashion and lifestyle stories from our partner Lifestyle Mirror. Today we're sharing floral wedding dresses inspired by Poppy Delevingne, who wore this bohemian gown to her wedding.

Celebrities have all the luck, don't they? When Poppy Delevingne married James Cook in a classy ceremony in London, we were floored by her gorgeous and unique Chanel gown. Then, just last weekend, the couple held a second wedding in Marrakech, Morocco. The model and former Lifestyle Mirror cover star matched the exotic destination with an utterly dreamy bohemian, floral gown designed by Emilio Pucci's creative director Peter Dundas. She lived out two of our bridal fantasies in under two weeks. We vow to never consider a traditional wedding dress again.

Whether it's your first wedding dress, your third or even your fifth, there's plenty of reason to be inspired by Poppy's fabulous second bridal look. A gown or maxi dress with a floral print is romantic, feminine and totally unexpected. The last thing you want is to feel like every other bride when you're walking down the aisle so think of traditional bridal boutiques and lines as a last resort.

Instead, start with designers and brands who have a colorful, bohemian flair like Matthew Williamson and Giambattista Valli. We found quite a variety of gorgeous options from contemporary brands like Vince Camuto to straight-off-the-runway Valentino. For something that still feels classic but with botanical detail, look to BHLDN and Ralph Lauren.
