Flower Powered Eve: Love It or Hate It?

Talk about flower power! Eve attended Ungaro's Fall '08 runway show at Paris Fashion Week looking bold and beautiful. In most instances, her Ungaro oversized rosette jacket would be considered too over-the-top, but in Paris, it's pure perfection. She smartly balanced the proportions by twining her voluminous top with lean black pants. The metallic sandals also work well. I admire women like Eve who pull out all the stops for fashion . . . THAT is horrible...ruffle is WAY too big; on top of which they tack on a HUGE rosette. BWWAK that's fugly. SMALLER ruffle, I mean WAY smaller and NO rosette, deep v neck, more emphasis on waistline 'cut in' and a bit of a flair at the bottom and it would balance out much better and look nicer. Im just not usually nuts about ruffles so this clown top just hit me and knocked me down. The pant and shoes are great.
