Free People Shredded Mobius Scarf: Love It or Hate It?

Who isn't a scarf girl? They add interest to an outfit, they're a great way to pull in some color, and they're snuggly warm. This Free People Shredded Mobius Scarf ($10), however, won't be making its way into my collection. I don't mind the colors, but the shredded detail makes me think of spaghetti. Do you see it too?

The math nerd in me likes the concept of this scarf, but I wouldn't wear it. I think it's named after the mobius strip, which is a surface with only one side (or a twisted loop that never ends).

I love it. It would look 10x better if they paired it with a long black v-neck tee, dark skinnies and booties.

No. It looks like she wrapped a cobra around her neck, julienned it, and dyed it purple.

It looked pretty nice when it was wrapped around twice like a thicker collar around the neck. But you can see it wasn't very versatile which I why I didn't order it.
