Gap Holiday Collection 2012
Gap Shows Off Rustic, Cozy Layers For Its Holiday Collection

All of Gap's winning classics have been updated with a refreshing twist in its upcoming Holiday '12 collection showing lots of color and cozy textural prints. (Faux) fur-lined parka jackets were dipped in saturated yellow, pink, and red hues, sweaters were given the colorblock treatment, while prints made its way onto an array of clean and easy trousers. There's a pair of camouflage pants we can't wait to try out, and a pair of navy suede ankle boots for pairing with just about anything. Basically, it's everything you need to stock up on before it gets chilly outside. Check out the styling cues we culled from our top looks below, then see whole lookbook.
- Instead of the usual army green parka jacket this year, swap it out with a bolder hue, like this standout yellow rendition
- When it gets really cold outside, make a dramatic statement by flipping up the collar of your Winter coat and pairing it with an exaggerated turtleneck collar for a decidedly cozy and chic look.
- Printed pants aren't just for summertime fun; try out one in a darker hue, like this polished navy and white pair, and finish off with a neutral hued sweater and suede ankle boots.
