True, Angelina Jolie's Elie Saab black sweetheart Oscars gown was simple. Also true: Her Lorraine Schwartz $2.5M oversize teardrop dangles were knockouts. They, along with an emerald ring, really made her look, and the best part was they were unexpected. We always see diamonds and sparkle at the awards shows, but these are the biggest, boldest emeralds I've ever seen. They left me with emerald envy. You may or may not know that emeralds are one the costliest gems. But you too can make the world green with envy. 5i've been trying to find emerald earrings like hers since seeing them on Sunday, but nothing seems to even come close...does anyone know of something that would be closer to hers than the ones featured? they're gorgeous, i'm surprised swarovski or something hasn't come up with a cheaper version yet....

12I agree -- her emerald jewelry is spectacular. The color is to die for.
13I realize I'm in the minority here, but I didn't like her earrings - the color looked too light. I think it may have been the light, but I love emeralds and love their deep green. In certain pictures, her earrings almost look like hard candy, and not in a good way.
