eBay and Etsy have some competition. Except, Market Publique — dubbed the vintage marketplace — is solely dedicated to vintage fashion. Shoes, bags, dresses, lingerie, suits — as long as it's pre-worn, it's fair game. The site also has a social networking component; users can leave comments on specific items. It also has a blog with cool info. Become a seller or just a buyer of all things fabulously antique. I'm off to peruse, you coming?

This is a neat site. http://uberattire.com is a similiar site that lets users sell without fees. And the search features are better.

hey fab, do you recommend selling things on EBAY?? i have a lot of good quality clothing and jewelry, and I dont want to give it to goodwill and I don't want to sell it to Plato's closet, because I will just get 5-10 dollars for all of it, and it all probably cost me 500-1000 dollars minimum. just wanting ur opinion whether or not u like selling things on ebay, if you thing it is a profitable endeavor??
