Gilt to Host CFDA Swarovski Award Collection Sale

It's going to be the most talked about event: Swarovski and Gilt Groupe have joined fashion forces to host the sale of the CFDA Swarovski Award collection. The sale hits Gilt tomorrow at noon EST and will carry one-of-a-kind Swarovski-encrusted creations by contenders — such as Joseph Altuzarra, Alexander Wang, and Jason Wu — for the Swarovski Awards. "To inspire the design process, each nominee was provided with an all access pass to the Swarovski Creative Service Center," said Nadja Swarovski of Swarovski. "But at the end of the day it was all about the work of the designer — we are just the sparkling ingredient to enhance and push the boundaries of their creativity."
