I love the dress, LOVE the color.. the makeup, hair, facial expression.. not so much. She looks bored but maybe just bad shots of her. It doesn't feel red carpet to me either.

Love the color, but for some reason this dress isn't stricking me as special. It looks a bit off-the-rack.

Something about the way she does her eye makeup makes her look...strange haha, but she's rocking that look though I honeslty hate that type of drape around the hips

I think she looks AMAZING...I just wish it was a bit longer to fit the formal theme of the evening but I do love how she looks--hair, makeup, dress...gorgeous!

Love it. The super short hair is not flattering on her, but this vibrant blue dress is gorgeous and looks great on her body, and even goes well w/ her hair.
