Why are her boobs so low on her body? I love this dress. However, why do all her dresses start so low on her chest? She's, like, 20. Her boobs should be higher.

while i am not a fan of her AT ALL, i really like this dress, i think the belt works, might not have been the best choice, but it woorks. and lastly - her hair is horrific.
