Plunging necklines have been the name of the game tonight, and Tina Fey is no exception. She tempered the skin reveal with classic black but kept it interesting with slivers of silver. Are you lovin' or hatin'?

She's looks fine, but it's like the dress doesn't match her personality. This seems like more of a Blake Lively or Jennifer Lopez style. But I give Tina credit for trying something new.

14I'd prefer to see that neckline end two or three inches higher than it does, it finishes at a kind of awkward point right now. Too high to be low, too low to be high... She also looks uncomfortable in it.
