Plunging necklines have been the name of the game tonight, and Tina Fey is no exception. She tempered the skin reveal with classic black but kept it interesting with slivers of silver. Are you lovin' or hatin'?

Maybe she's not the most glamourous puss out there (facewise) but she looks terrific in this dress (especially the tricky neckline),!Bravo.

Is she even wearing makeup?? The dress doesn't suit her. Not a fan of the entire look, she could have done better.

it looks... okay?Kay I just lied. It looks out of place really.Tina in a dress like this??NO way. lol, she looks like a tom-boy in her first skirt.I'm not liking it ... something more sophisticated and cute pleease. still though, she's a very beautiful woman.
