The 2013 Golden Globes red carpet ushered in loads of embellishments, by way of artfully decorated collars, sparkly patterns, and all-over crystals! Kate Hudson snagged our vote for "best dressed" in a sleek Alexander McQueen gown, while Julianne Hough put an edgy spin on an emebllished Monique Lhuillier tulle gown with a cool mohawk and structured clutch.
