Another stunner in black. Penelope Cruz, wearing Chanel Couture, looks like a real movie star. I am not a big fan of her hair, but her make up is flawless. What do you all think?

An early favorite of mine for best dressed, but the more I look at the whole thing, the more it screams "Southern Belle" to me. And not in a good way.

I don't care for ruffles but she looks stunning. Maybe because the dress is black and the ruffles don't look so out there (like Cameron Diaz). Amazing makeup, hair. Well, she doesn't need much work anyway...

she is flawless...but I was torn on the dress...it looks great on her but the skirt might be a little to full and the ruffles on it dont do much for me either.
