It would be nice if we could actually see the Celine dress Miley Cyrus is wearing tonight. Her extensions are so long, they practically cover the entire top half of the dress. From what I can tell, it's rather '20s party girl. The silver accessories work well, too. Do you love it or hate it?

the outfit is nice,but her makeup is horrible. It makes her face look puffed up like she had a bad plastic surgery job, and the overdone eyeliner makes her eyes look alien like.
1. That's her real hair she has always had long pretty hair 2. There is a lot of sun so her face looks like that because the sun is in her eyes and she still had to have her eyes open or it will be a bad pic that's not good on the front cover of a mag 3. Every one who says she is wearing to much eyeliner well age had hers done by a profesional unlike yours

1- Hate the eye liner. And it makes her eyes look scary. 2- Hate the hair. The curls look so stiff and crispy. 3- Hate the dress. It hides her hour glass shape making her look like a tree.

If they put anymore cover up on that child you'd be able to write your name in her face, secondly holey eyeliner and hair extensions bleh!
